My therapy at first attends to any ongoing crisis in your life which involves relationship concerns or feelings. I am trained as a Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I use our relationship to inform us what might be causing your concerns.

For the therapy to work, it requires that I get to know your history from your earliest years until now. I work experientially so I am also very interested in all your feelings and experiences as we work together. If you are struggling with intense emotions, I use evidence-based techniques to help you calm.
